Vinyasa flow yoga by Georgia Thomson Georgia teaches with applied knowledge and experience rooted within a deep focus and respect for traditional yoga philosophy, anatomy, mudra, mantra, pranayama and meditation from schools of hatha, vinyasa, bikram and yin.  She aims to introduce tailored class for all levels to get you feeling calm, grounded and open for your day ahead.

Yoga offers up a way for us to see a world that is working for you instead of against you and reminds you that everything is connected so we must live, act, and breathe with awareness. Her approach to guiding regular self care embodies playfulness, curiosity and self-acceptance rather than self-improvement aiming to break barriers amidst wellness culture and encourages all shapes and personalities to the mat. She was certified in Uttarakhand India in 2017 and has gained extended training from teachers across Australia, Spain & Indonesia over the years.
