Beginners & advanced practitioners are welcome to this all-levels class every Wednesday morning 8:30-9:30am in the events pavilion. Anchor your breath to the present moment and flow to music to get out of the mind and into the body. A guided meditation & flow rooted in ancient yoga philosophy to help you feel energized and grounded midweek. You don't need to bring a thing - Mat's, towel's & water are provided, just wear comfortable clothing. We would love to see you there!
