Wim Hof Method

Workshop Content
Taking place over the course of a day from 10am to 5pm attendees will be given a thorough understanding of the science behind the method before experiencing for themselves the power behind this particular process of breath work and cold therapy, with the inclusion of an ice bath. Attendees will come away both transformed from their first hand experience of the process as well as empowered with the tools on how they can take it forward for themselves.
The workshop will be hosted by Isaac Mullins, a Yoga Therapist with 20+ years of teaching experience and now a fully fledged Wim Hof Instructor. Daisy Ellison. Yoga teacher, breath coach and somatic therapist, will support Isaac in the workshop as well as head up the production of the workshop and any venue and partner liaisons around it.
